Terms of service
These terms describe use of BestMCServerList, an independent Minecraft server directory. By creating an account, submitting a listing, voting, or purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these terms and our community rules. Questions can be sent to contact@getsitebuilt.com.
Accounts and submissions
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You must have authority to represent the server you submit and permission to publish the supplied content. You allow us to display that content to operate and promote your directory listing.
Moderation and availability
Listings and edits may be reviewed before publication. Content that violates the rules may be rejected, suspended, or removed. Server availability, player counts, descriptions, and third-party links can change; directory information may be delayed or inaccurate. Minecraft servers are operated by their respective owners.
Voting and rewards
Voting limits apply per listing to usernames and network addresses. Votes suspected of abuse may be investigated or removed. Game-server operators decide whether and how to grant rewards. Delivery delays, plugin errors, and network failures can prevent rewards even when a website vote is counted.
Sponsored placements
Sponsorship purchases are one-time payments for the listed number of days. Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Activation follows verified payment confirmation; visiting a success page does not activate a purchase. New purchases for a currently sponsored server extend its sponsorship period.
Featured placement is shared in a rotation with other active, approved sponsors. Sponsorship does not guarantee a specific position, traffic, votes, players, uptime, or revenue. A listing must remain approved to appear. Its sponsorship clock continues during review or suspension.
Payment questions and refunds
Contact the support address with your order details for billing problems, duplicate payments, or refund requests. Requests are reviewed based on the transaction and applicable requirements. Processed refunds can shorten or revoke the corresponding sponsorship entitlement.
External services
The directory links to third-party servers, communities, images, and websites. Those services have their own rules and privacy practices. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Stripe, Cloudflare, and NuVotifier are not operators of this directory.
Service changes
Features, prices for future purchases, and these terms may change. Existing order records preserve the plan and price purchased. Contact support if a service interruption affects a paid placement.
